Terms & Conditions of Bethesda Charitable Trust

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the Bethesda charitable trust,and its donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders. By engaging with the Trust, you agree to the following terms.

2. Purpose of the Trust

Mr. Joseph Raju has established this organization in 2012 with a vision to work primarily in the domain of employement, health,senior citizen. Education, water and child & youth developments,women empowerment, self employement, organization works for the needy & poor, Helping orphans The organization is working for the poor and needy people in and around Devarachikkanahalli, Bangalore Bannerghatta road, in the fields of educational development, health and medical help community development..Programme such has single women empowerment, skill development for the development of selfemployment Programme among the youths of the organization operation area in and around Bangalore, Karnataka.

3.Donations & Use of Resources and Funds

  • Voluntary Contributions: All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.The Trust ensures that donations will be used exclusively for its stated objectives.
  • The Trust will allocate funds prudently and transparently to achieve its objectives.
  • Administrative expenses will be minimized to ensure the majority of donations benefit the targeted causes.

  • The Trust values the privacy of all stakeholders. Personal data collected will be used solely for operational purposes.
  • No Sharing of Information: We will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • Stakeholders may contact the Trust to request access to or correction of their personal information.

  • The Trust retains all rights to its name, logo, and related materials.
  • Stakeholders may not use the Trust’s intellectual property without prior permission.
